With over 16 years’ experience designing and delivering corporate events and private celebrations across the UK, and remotely for Canada, South Africa, and the US, we bring a structured, methodical and creative approach to every project.
Working across both corporate events and private celebrations, we design experiences that are purposeful, seamless and tailored to the people they’re created for.

“I had the pleasure of working with Karen for over a decade while I was Chief Operations Officer for McCann Complete Medical. An important part of Karen’s role as UK Site Office Manager was to arrange two flagship events per year, one in summer and one in January. Each summer event was a corporate away day and overnight stay for UK employees. The day included a set of keynote presentations (often with guest speakers), a team-building task (sometimes with a charity element), a formal dinner, and finally a party with music and entertainment. Approximately 200-300 people attended these events from all over the UK, with some guests flying in from the US. Karen carefully chose the venue for its ideal location, facilities, and sense of occasion. Over the years, Karen planned, organised, and ran events at high-profile venues, including amongst many others, the Forest of Arden County Club, The Belfry, St George’s Park (English National Football Training Centre), and the five-star Lowry Hotel in Manchester. The New Year party each January was a stylish gala event with dinner and entertainment for employees and their partners, drawing over 200 people. Over the years, Karen carefully created some amazing themed events and secured some exceptional venues in and around Manchester, including the Manchester Monastery, the Imperial War Museum, the Mere Golf Resort, and The Point Emirates Old Trafford. All these events (summer and winter) were complex, high-profile occasions, and Karen handled all aspects with professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. She set the bar ever higher for herself each year, negotiating the budget with the Finance Director and maximising value through careful bargaining with suppliers. Karen’s creativity, organisation, and commitment made each year’s events feel fresh and memorable… and highly anticipated.”

I explained to Karen what style of wedding we wanted and within a few days she had plenty of ideas and “shopping trips” arranged.
